I just realized Orbi IGD does update bytes sent/received. After I rebooted my Orbi, my Home Assistant setup started getting those information from it. The performance counters do show the totals. Open your server explorer, and you can find the performance counters for Total Bytes Received/sec and Total Bytes Sent/sec. Even if they don't show the totals, just add the two values together and store it in a variable.
