Jan 02, 2010 · Seeding means you have fully downloaded the file, and are now uploading it so that others can download. You probably cant open/start the file, because its in use by utorrent. Stop it from being uploaded in utorrent, and then you should be able to open/start it.
Jul 14, 2020 · Now uTorrent will automatically stop seeding when it completes a download. You can also force the upload to be as low as possible so you will be just a leecher (this is frowned upon).
